Refunds
The passenger can apply for a refund for a Waltti travel card’s or Waltti Mobile’s season ticket that was completely unused during the strike.
Reimbursement can be applied for using an electronic compensation application form. You can find the link at the end of the article.
The refund is paid according to unused days.
No refund will be paid if the season ticket has been used during the strike.
The refund is not paid in cash. If compensation is granted, the customer will receive a replacement ticket product.
You can apply for a refund until April 30, 2023.
