Tickets purchased from the mobile app are valid immediately. You must present the mobile ticket to the driver on your phone screen when getting on the bus. Information on how long the ticket is valid for is displayed above the QR code.
You can order more than one ticket on the same phone (e.g. in case of a child travelling with an adult).
There are two different apps available: Waltti Mobiili and LSL app. Both apps are available in English, Finnish and Swedish. They are compatible with the latest versions of the Android and iOS operating systems and you can download the apps from App Store or Google Play (under the name Lahti Region Transport and Waltti Mobiili).
You can transfer from one vehicle to another during the validity of the ticket. The transfer times are: 2 zones = 60 minutes, 3-7 zones = 75 minutes, 8-9 zones = 90 minutes (until February 28, 2023). From 1 March 2023 the transfer times are: 2 zones = 70 minutes, 3-4 zones = 120 minutes.
